Ningbo Maritime Court announced that it will auction chemical tanker “Chemical Libra”, which was built by Zhejiang Hangchang Shipbuilding and abandoned by an overseas owner, on October 29. The starting price is RMB45m.

Zhejiang Hangchang Shipbuilding has been suffering financial difficulties and last year suspended operations. The auction was requested by the shipyard’s creditors.
