It is reported that Denmark-based ship-owner Lauritzen Bulkers has sold one more Capesize bulk carrier recently at a price of $42 million in order to focus on handy-size bulkers and Supramax bulkers, according to eworldship.com.
The company has sold two Capesize bulk carriers, Cassiopeia Bulker and Camilla Bulker, in the recent one month.
The latest one, 179,000 DWT Cassiopeia Bulker, was acquired by Greek-based Alpha Tankers & Freighters, Lauritzen's president confirmed.
Lauritzen has been starting cutting its fleet scale of Capesize bulk carriers since 2012.
