China-based shipbuilder Nantong Mingde Heavy Industry Group handed over a 30,000dwt stainless steel chemical tanker to the owner late on Jan. 23, according to a domestic shipping news provider.

Ji Fenghua, the yard’s chairman, attended the delivery ceremony.

The chemical tanker is the second vessel the yard delivered in 2015.

The vessel measures 183m in length, 28.4m in breadth, 15.2m in depth molded, and 10m in draft, which is powered by diesel oil.

The chemical tanker owns 28 tanks for oil cargos, each of which boasts separate oil cargo systems, enabling the ship to hold 28 kinds of liquid cargos at the same time, the report added.
